Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday season and help spread the cheer! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works—understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Associates deliver exceptional, consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth and contribute to a high‑energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting (10 lb consistently, up to 50 lb), bending, and kneeling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Uphold company values, policies, and procedures.
• Thrive in a customer‑first retail environment and demonstrate sales and customer‑experience results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Communicate effectively, be open to feedback, adapt quickly, and de‑escalate store and customer situations.
• Be available to work peak days and times, including varied evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 lb consistently and up to 50 lb as needed.
• Willingness to climb ladders, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain visual standards.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.
• Capability to de‑escalate challenging situations with customers or store issues.
