As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you'll help bring the Superfeet brand to life by welcoming shoppers, learning our products and helping consumers find solutions that help them move, feel and perform better. Whether someone is discovering Superfeet for the first time or already knows our products, you'll help create an experience that turns a curious shopper into a loyal fan. This is a hands-on retail role that combines consumer service, sales, product education and day-to-day kiosk operations. You don't need to be an insole expert when you start. We'll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy helping people and are comfortable starting conversations with shoppers and identifying opportunities to introduce Superfeet.

• Create a welcoming, inclusive and engaging experience for every consumer

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand consumer needs and make recommendations
