Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world‑class service by greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
- Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
- Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time‑to‑time
Requirements
- Outgoing, upbeat, people-person with great organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay
Base pay: $14.00 per hour
