As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform constant physical activity—including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting; climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift 10 lb consistently and up to 50 lb as required.
• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
• Thrive in a customer‑first retail environment.
• Demonstrate sales and customer‑experience results in a fast‑paced setting.

• De‑escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to perform continuous physical activity: standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences.
• Effective communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Capability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced retail environment.
