Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Outlets Castle Rock

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate who will engage and connect with our customers, providing excellent customer service and education to foster brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with your leadership team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance customer experience through all omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• A good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and willing to take action.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Gap’s brands and products.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including retail technology.

Pay

Hourly Range: $15.20 - $17.00

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
