About the role
We are currently hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Orlando Premium Outlets store in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the outdoors, enjoy working in a team environment, and have experience providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a passion for YETI's brand and products
- Deliver exceptional customer service reflective of the YETI brand
- Engage with customers and share product features to help each customer find the right YETI product for their needs
- Work with a high degree of initiative and collaborate well with others
- Communicate positively and effectively with both customers and team members
Qualifications and Attributes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer-centric environment
- Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
- Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
- Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
