Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Mid Town Square

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to join our team at Mid Town Square. As a Brand Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Selling products by engaging customers and suggesting items based on their needs.
• Enhancing the customer experience through all channels.
• Supporting various areas of the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wraps, and back of house.
• Maintaining a neat and organized work area.
• Handling customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a good communicator and able to interact effectively with customers and your team.
• Have a passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Be willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
