About the Role

As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of the team and bring the brand to life for customers. You engage and connect with shoppers by providing excellent customer service that builds brand loyalty, using your product expertise to educate, inspire, and help customers build their wardrobes. You collaborate with leadership to deliver a best‑in‑class, omni‑channel customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Do not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay

Hourly range: $15.50 – $16.00. Employee pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. The company will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
