About the Role

As a Brand Associate you are an integral part of the team, bringing the Old Navy brand to life for customers. You provide excellent customer service that builds brand loyalty, act as a product expert to educate and inspire shoppers, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best‑in‑class omni‑channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about Old Navy’s loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience through all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer‑focused service mindset both on and off the sales floor.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solver who embraces continuous improvement, welcomes feedback, and takes action.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
• Proficiency with retail technology.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lb.

Pay

Hourly range: $16.00 – $16.50. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) will be met according to city, county, and state requirements.
