Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Downtown Crossing

About the role

We’re looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team downtown. As a Brand Associate, you’ll engage and connect with our customers, providing excellent service and education to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty through participation in our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance the customer experience through all channels.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wraps, and back of house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• A good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A passion for retail and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to solve problems and continuously improve processes.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Skills

Pay

Hourly Range: $16.50 - $17.00

Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.

Schedule

Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
