About the role
As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of the team and bring the brand to life for customers. You engage and connect with shoppers by providing excellent customer service that builds brand loyalty. You are an expert in product and use your knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and help customers build their wardrobes. In collaboration with your leadership team, you deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience using an omni‑channel approach.
Responsibilities
- Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
- Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
- Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
- Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results.
- Support the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house as required.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
- Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members to meet goals.
- Customer‑focused service provider both on and off the sales floor, delivering an exceptional experience.
- Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem solver focused on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and taking action as required.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
- Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to perform essential functions such as standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay
Hourly range: $13.50 – $14.00. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. The company will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
