As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting; climb ladders, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain visual appearance.
• Lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds as required.
• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
• Thrive in a customer‑first retail environment and demonstrate sales and customer experience results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Communicate effectively, be open to feedback, adapt quickly, and de‑escalate store and customer situations.
• Be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
