About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a seasonal retail setting. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, handling returns, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Answer product inquiries and provide accurate information
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
