Seasonal Retail Receiving & Stock Associate- FT

Join a fast‑paced, dynamic stock team, develop relationships with coworkers, and help meet each customer’s needs quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the store.
• Establish professional, personalized rapport with each customer to provide the best experience.
• Facilitate movement of merchandise to the selling floor and/or stockroom.
• Load and unload trucks; move merchandise manually or with forklifts, dollies, hand trucks, or carts.
• Provide customer pick‑up assistance at the guard booth or within a selling department.
• Maintain a neat and orderly receiving dock area (indoors and outdoors).
• Remove hangers and empty boxes from departments.
• Deliver supplies to the sales floor to support sales efforts.
• Assist with set‑up of special sales and events.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to actively engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous retail stocking experience (preferred).
• Forklift certification (helpful).
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate by telephone with coworkers, management, and customers.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, freight elevator, compactor, skid jack, and baler.
• Must work well with the public (customers).
• Availability to work varied days and hours as schedule requires, including extended evenings and weekends.
