About the role

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You’ll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for. This role blends service and support - anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year. We're looking for flexible team players who thrive in our fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Begin each day energized, wear your name badge, greet teammates, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
  • Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
  • On the floor, focus on the customer: offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
  • Finish Strong: share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
  • Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
  • Strive to improve every day, take pride in your work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Enjoy meeting daily sales goal challenges.
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, able to adapt to changing priorities; can work independently but works well in team dynamics.
  • Position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Lifting at least 25 lbs.
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Reaching, including above eye level.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health and wellness coverage.
  • 401(k) match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Eight paid holidays.
  • Continuous learning and leadership development.
  • Opportunity to join Colleague Resource Groups.
  • Volunteer opportunities.
  • Merchandise discounts.
  • Performance‑based incentives.
  • Annual merit review.
  • Employee Assistance Program with mental health counseling and legal/financial advice.
