Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Danbury Fair

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You’ll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for. This role blends service and support - anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year.

Responsibilities

• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
• Greet teammates and customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting needed merchandise moves.
• Assist with transactions, share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank‑you (often walking the package around and using the customer’s name).
• Support the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes, anticipating needs and collaborating to keep the department running smoothly.
• Uphold store standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
