About the role

The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate supports the fine jewelry department during the busy holiday peak, helping customers understand merchandise, providing excellent service, maintaining product presentation, and replenishing stock. Associates are expected to bring jewelry professionalism skills and educate customers on how merchandise can enrich their lives.

Responsibilities

• Educates customers – explains how jewelry works and how it can be best used, helping them make informed choices.
• Assists customers – seeks out shoppers, listens to their needs, provides help and education to create a great experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintains product presentation – continually improves merchandise displays after customers have examined items.
• Replenishes products – monitors stock levels and restocks items to ensure customers find the styles and sizes they need.

Pay

Base pay range: USD $13.00 per hour.

In addition to base pay, the role offers 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and a 10% commission on Service and Care plans.
