About the role

The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate supports the fine jewelry department during the busy holiday peak, providing hands‑on assistance to customers, educating them about jewelry products, maintaining product presentation, and replenishing stock. Bring your jewelry professionalism fundamentals to JCPenney and help customers see how merchandise can enrich their lives.

Responsibilities

• Educates customers on jewelry products, explaining how they work and how they are best used.
• Assists customers by seeking them out, listening, helping, educating, and encouraging repeat visits.
• Maintains product presentation by improving merchandise displays after customer interaction.
• Replenishes products by monitoring stock levels and restocking to ensure customers find desired styles and sizes.

Pay

Pay range: USD $12.00/Hr – USD $12.00/Hr (flat rate).
