The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate in Fine Jewelry's role is important to ensure that we have plenty of hands-on deck to serve our customers in fine jewelry during the busy holiday peak! You can get to know the products and help educate the customer on how your merchandise can enrich their lives.

Responsibilities

• Educates customers – helps them understand how merchandise works and how it is best used.
• Assists customers – seeks out customers, listens, helps, educates, and makes them want to return.
• Maintains product presentation – continually improves how merchandise is displayed after customer interaction.
• Replenishes products – monitors stock levels and replenishes to ensure customers have needed styles and sizes.

• Competitive wage plus 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and 10% commission for Service and Care plans.

• Eligible associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) also receive eight paid holidays during the calendar year.

Pay

Pay range: USD $12.00/Hr – USD $12.00/Hr.
