About the role
The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate plays a key role in providing hands‑on support to customers during the busy holiday peak. You will use your jewelry expertise to educate customers, help them find the right pieces, maintain attractive product displays, and keep inventory replenished so shoppers always find the styles and sizes they need.
Responsibilities
- Educates customers – helps them understand how jewelry works and how it is best used.
- Assists customers – seeks out customers, listens, helps, educates, and aims to make their experience great.
- Maintains product presentation – continually improves merchandise display after customer interaction.
- Replenishes products – monitors stock levels and restocks to ensure customers have needed styles and sizes.

Pay
Base wage: USD $12.00 per hour. Additional earnings: 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and 10% commission on Service and Care plans.
