About the role

The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate supports the fine jewelry department during the busy holiday peak, applying fundamentals of jewelry professionalism to educate customers, assist with purchases, maintain product presentation, and replenish inventory. JCPenney serves diverse, working American families with a broad portfolio of fashion, apparel, home, beauty, and jewelry, plus personal services such as salon, portrait, and optical, from jcp.com and over 650 stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Educates customers on how jewelry works and how it can enrich their lives.
• Assists customers by seeking them out, listening, helping, and creating a great experience that encourages return visits.
• Maintains product presentation by improving merchandise displays after customer interaction.
• Replenishes products by monitoring stock levels and restocking to ensure customers have desired styles and sizes.

Pay

Pay range: USD $12.00/Hr – USD $12.00/Hr (effectively $12.00 per hour).
