The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate in Fine Jewelry's role is important to ensure that we have plenty of hands-on deck to serve our customers in fine jewelry during the busy holiday peak! You can get to know the products and help educate the customer on how your merchandise can enrich their lives.

Responsibilities

• Educates customers – helps them understand how jewelry works and how it is best used.
• Assists customers – seeks out customers, listens, helps, educates, and creates a great experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintains product presentation – continually improves how merchandise is displayed after customer interaction.
• Replenishes products – monitors stock levels and ensures the right styles and sizes are available for customers.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $17.00/Hr - USD $17.00/Hr. In addition to a competitive wage, this position offers 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and a 10% commission for Service and Care plans.
