Seasonal Retail Associate

Role Overview The position involves contributing to retail store success by achieving sales goals in both product and service areas, enhancing guest loyalty, and supporting omni-channel sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services.Handle customer service needs, including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance in a courteous manner.Support retail operations by executing daily tasks, ensuring product availability, and completing operational processes such as shipment, replenishment, and inventory management. Qualifications & Skills Preferred minimum of 1 year relevant experience or equivalent education/work combination.Comfortable using basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strong soft skills such as customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
