Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of SpartanNash's food solutions company
- Work in Family Fare stores, focusing on customer relationships and making immediate impacts
- Participate in various part-time summer positions, including retail store associate roles
Requirements
- Essential to Family Fare's success as a retail store associate
- Must have a strong customer focus, friendly, enthusiastic attitude, good verbal communication, and attention to detail
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, twisting, and turning frequently
- May be exposed to varying temperatures, outdoor weather conditions, and a typical retail store environment
