Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of SpartanNash by delivering groceries and household goods to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with their purchases, and resolving any issues they may have.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
