Seasonal Retail Associate

Role Overview: This position involves providing exceptional guest service, supporting retail sales, and ensuring product availability to enhance store performance. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to achieving sales goals across retail and omni-channel channels, create a welcoming environment, personalize guest interactions, promote products and services, handle customer service needs courteously, and execute operational tasks such as inventory management and shipment processing. Qualifications & Skills: Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education, are comfortable using basic technology like POS systems and Apple devices, and possess soft skills including customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
