As a Seasonal Retail Associate for the holiday season (October - February), you’ll deliver highly engaging customer journeys, embodying Canadian warmth and expertise in every interaction. You’ll collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding Canada Goose’s values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets to drive store results.
• Attend and participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction by introducing strategic product categories to customers.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, stockroom organization, shipment processing, and sales floor replenishment.
• Provide expert product recommendations and advice to customers through cross-department partnerships.
• Accurately and efficiently utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
• Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch environment.
• Prior experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday, all holidays, and retail hours including evenings.
• Self-motivated with strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay

Hourly range: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour. The range is a guideline; actual offers depend on experience, skills, and role alignment.
