About the Role

As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the representative of the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living our company values in every interaction. You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture. While your primary focus is on sales, you will also assist with limited operational tasks to ensure the store is well‑maintained and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience (90%): Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer with best‑in‑class service, embody the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise, drive personal sales and contribute to team goals, create lasting relationships through clienteling, and model collaborative, team‑focused behavior to foster an inclusive, service‑driven store culture.
• Operational Excellence (10%): Execute daily store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness; follow store policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, covering peak days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) and non‑peak days (Mondays‑Thursdays) as scheduled.
• Physical ability to stand/walk an entire shift, lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lb, and frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools.
• Commitment to uphold Rothy’s experience by following the dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift.
