Seasonal Retail Ambassador - Topanga

About the role

As a Retail Ambassador, you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Rothy’s values in every interaction. Your primary focus is on sales, while you also assist with limited operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer, focusing on a best-in-class service experience rooted in Rothy’s values.
• Drive personal sales and results, contributing to team goals.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
• Support a welcoming, inclusive store culture by modeling collaborative, team-focused behavior.
• Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies, following established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays).
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools.
• Ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following the dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift.

Qualifications

You have previous retail or customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a passion for service and achieving sales goals.

Benefits

Pay

Pay Range: $18.42 per hour. Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that includes additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule

Eligible for either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays).
