Seasonal Replenishment Team Member - 3rd Shift

About the role
Replenishment Team Members support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and handle returns put-away and restocking of the picking area. This is a full-time seasonal position on third shift, working Sunday–Thursday from 10:30 pm – 7:15 am. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.
Where you’ll work
This role is onsite at our West Chester, OH location. Relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities
- Replenish active pick locations before the start of first shift while paying attention to all details to increase efficiency
- Maintain an organized active pick area and replenishment aisle
- Support returns, put-away, and fill to active
- Pick items for personalization
- Ensure that problems related to tasks are resolved before the end of the shift
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform all other tasks as directed by CSI Management
Requirements
- 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift an average of 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends when needed
- Willingness to work in other areas of the operation as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards
