About the Role

Perform vehicle glass repairs using advanced technology to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply repair techniques for chips and cracks in vehicle glass.
• Manage work orders and customer communications via mobile technology.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas.
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals safely.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
• Drive company vehicles as required, with monitoring via cameras and GPS for safety and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Safelite SafeTech™ certification.

Skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in various conditions.
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot repair issues.
• Effective communication in English.
• Professionalism, customer focus, and flexibility.

Pay

Compensation starts at $18 per hour.
