Seasonal & Regular Customer Service, Stock & Fulfillment - Village Pointe Rack

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, escorting them to fitting rooms, and returning clothing to the sales floor
• Motivate and inspire team members to promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program
• Maintain organized stockrooms and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Keep the sales floor "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
• Assist customers with transactions, providing a seamless and friendly experience
• Demonstrate expertise in all in-store technologies
• Resolve customer situations effectively and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs

Pay

Hourly pay range: $16.45 - $17.15 (varies by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
