About the Facility

Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota, and surrounding counties for over 70 years. Responsibilities

• Promote and provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy
• Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care
• Communicate with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs
• Administer IVs and medications to aid in patient health
• Use medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience
• Current ER experience
• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN licensure in Florida
• Current BLS through American Heart Association
• Current ACLS through American Heart Association
• Current PALS through American Heart Association
• Current TNCC Certification
• Current NIH Stroke Certification
• CPI required within 6 months of hire
