Responsibilities
- Affords assessments physical, skin, pain, fall, medications and discharge needs with appropriate interventions.
- Develops and implements the Plan of Care on admission using assessment data.
- Provides patient and family education.
- Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
- Demonstrates leadership skills.
- Affords assistance in organizing Patient Care Activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Required - Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of acute care experience
- Licenses: REGISTERED NURSE
- Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN), ACLS (90 Days), NIH (60 Days), EKG
