Seasonal Recruiter
About the role
The Talent Scout role will be a centralized regional role managing candidates from interview and application review to offer of the high-volume recruitment process. This includes reviewing candidate pre-screening questions and applications, assessing assessment results, and ensuring verbal and written offers are within established format and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Review candidate pre-screening questions, applications, assessment results prior to interviewing candidates.
- Interview candidates documenting information in assigned interview forms within Applicant Tracking System.
- Assess candidates to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications of the role and pass the thresholds needed for success, move forward with a verbal offer.
- Create and extend offers to candidates using Applicant Tracking system.
- Demonstrate relationship and strong communication skills to influence and work with multiple internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.
- Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking system.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and a High School Diploma is required.
- Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment - interviewing, assessing candidates, and closing candidates to offer acceptance stage.
- Proven experience meeting hiring goals and objectives on a consistent basis in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- The ability to work well with a team with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a centralized, national/regional staffing model handling regional recruiting for a variety of profiles.
- Ability to cooperate effectively with others with a strong team orientation approach.
- Demonstrated experience working with various ATS platforms with a high level of data accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong PC skills (Word and Excel).
- A self-starter with an inclusive mindset and highly collaborative nature.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and a High School Diploma is required.
