Seasonal Recruiter

Logic Staffing is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team. In this role you will partner with candidates and clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions across a variety of industries and skill levels. The position requires a consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and culture fit.
• Perform high‑volume recruiting activities to identify and engage top talent across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate qualifications, work history, and placement potential.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the company’s CRM and internal systems.
• Receive and create new job orders from clients, documenting requirements and position details accurately.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workplace culture, and position requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and activity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Boolean search skills and creative sourcing ability.
• Experience managing 15‑20 open positions simultaneously.
• Competitive, driven, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of urgency and a proactive, hunter approach.
• Comfortable conducting in‑person interviews (with video as a backup).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

$32.00 per hour
