Seasonal Receiving/ Stock Associates- FT & PT

Seasonal Retail Receiving & Stock Associates join a fast‑paced, dynamic stock team, develop relationships with coworkers, and ensure each customer’s needs are met quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the store.
• Facilitate movement of merchandise to the selling floor and/or stockroom.
• Load and unload trucks; move merchandise manually or with forklifts, dollies, hand trucks, or carts.
• Provide customer pick‑up assistance at the guard booth or within a selling department.
• Maintain a neat and orderly receiving dock area (indoors and outside the building).
• Remove hangers and empty boxes from departments.
• Deliver supplies to the sales floor to support their efforts.
• Assist with set‑up of special sales and events.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to actively engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous retail stocking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification helpful.
• Effective verbal and telephone communication with coworkers, management, and customers.
• Safe operation of forklift, freight elevator, compactor, skid jack, and baler.
• Must work well with the public.
• Availability to work varied days and hours, including extended evenings and weekends.
