Seasonal Receiving/ Stock Associates- FT & PT

Seasonal Retail Receiving & Stock Associates are needed to join Boscov’s fast‑paced stock team during the holiday season. In this role you will help move merchandise throughout the store, load and unload trucks, assist customers, and support special sales and events while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the store.
• Establish professional, yet personalized rapport with each customer to provide the best experience.
• Facilitate movement of merchandise to the selling floor and/or stockroom.
• Load and unload trucks; move merchandise manually or with forklifts, dollies, hand trucks, or carts.
• Assist customers with pick‑up at the guard booth or within a selling department.
• Maintain a neat and orderly receiving dock area (indoors and outside the building).
• Remove hangers and empty boxes from departments.
• Deliver supplies to the sales floor to support department efforts.
• Assist with set‑up of special sales and events.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to actively engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous retail stocking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification helpful.
• Strong verbal communication skills; able to interact with coworkers, management, and customers by phone and in person.
• Safe operation of a forklift, freight elevator, compactor, skid jack, and baler.
• Comfortable working with the public.
• Availability to work varied days and hours as schedule requires, including extended evenings and weekends.
