Seasonal Receiving/ Stock Associates- FT & PT

Seasonal Retail Receiving & Stock Associates are needed to join Boscov’s fast‑paced stock team during the holiday season. In this role you will help move merchandise throughout the store, support customers, and ensure efficient stock operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the store.
• Establish professional, personalized rapport with each customer to provide the best experience.
• Facilitate movement of merchandise to the selling floor and/or stockroom.
• Load and unload trucks; move merchandise manually or with forklifts, dollies, hand trucks, or carts.
• Assist customers with pick‑up at the guard booth or within a selling department.
• Maintain a neat and orderly receiving dock area (indoors and outside the building).
• Remove hangers and empty boxes from departments.
• Deliver supplies to the sales floor to support department efforts.
• Assist with set‑up of special sales and events.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to actively engage customers and provide excellent service.
• Previous retail stocking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification helpful.
• Strong verbal and telephone communication with coworkers, management, and customers.
• Safe operation of forklift, freight elevator, compactor, skid jack, and baler.
• Comfortable working with the public (customers).
• Availability to work varied days and hours as schedule requires, including extended evenings and weekends.

Pay

• Starting rate: $16.60 per hour.
• Weekly pay schedule.
