Seasonal Receiving/ Stock Associates- FT & PT

We are seeking Seasonal Receiving & Stock Associates to join a fast‑paced, dynamic stock team, develop relationships with coworkers, and ensure each customer’s needs are met quickly and efficiently. Both stock‑experience and customer‑service backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely delivery of goods throughout the store.
• Establish professional, yet personalized rapport with each customer to provide the best experience.
• Facilitate movement of merchandise to the selling floor and/or stockroom.
• Load and unload trucks; move merchandise manually or with forklifts, dollies, hand trucks, or carts.
• Assist customers with pick‑up at the guard booth or within a selling department.
• Maintain a neat and orderly receiving dock area, both indoors and outside the building.
• Remove hangers and empty boxes from departments.
• Deliver supplies to the sales floor to support department efforts.
• Assist with set‑up of special sales and events.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to actively engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous retail stocking experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification is helpful.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone interaction with coworkers, management, and customers.
• Safe operation of a forklift, freight elevator, compactor, skid jack, and baler.
• Comfortable working with the public.
• Availability to work varied days and hours as schedule requires, including extended evenings and weekends.
