Seasonal Quality Control Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract.
• Measure and quality check new and updated products in accordance with the Lulus vendor contract guidelines.
• Aid in coordinating and preparing vendor returns.
• Collaborate with the Receiving, Buying, and Creative teams on product issues.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years of Quality Control in a warehouse or retail sales environment required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written, oral, and group facilitation.
• Excellent knowledge of punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
• Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
• Work well under pressure and meet multiple, sometimes competing deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Intermediate knowledge of Admin, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
• Ability to apply logical thinking and sound judgment to a wide range of practical problems.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative where needed.

Work Environment

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 90% of the time is spent in varying work areas.
• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and subordinates.
• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, assess weights, judge distances and heights, and maintain good eye-hand/foot coordination.
• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50lbs by hand.
• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed.
