Seasonal Pumpkin Patch Event Staff
About the role
Carpinito Brothers is now hiring for our pumpkin patch and corn maze this October! For over 25 years, our fall event has been one of the premier pumpkin patch destinations in the Puget Sound. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused, energetic individuals, who enjoy working outdoors, to be a part of our annual fall event.
Responsibilities
As a member of our pumpkin patch team, you will interact directly with individuals from all over, who are visiting our farm for a fun, family-friendly experience. It's each and every employee’s job to ensure we are best serving these guests to guarantee a great time for all. Weekend availability for the duration of the pumpkin patch event is required for all positions.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy working with the public
- Energetic
- Reliable and punctual
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk on a variety of surfaces for extended periods of time
- Professional appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively with patrons
- Maintain a fun and positive experience for patrons
- Consistent availability, including weekends, for the duration of the Pumpkin Patch
Positions and Pay
We have various positions available, including Cashiers, General Associates, Concession Staff, Greeter/Receipt Checkers, and Sanitation Staff. Pay rates vary by position and age: Cashiers: $17.13/hr (minors), $19.00/hr (adults) General Associates: $17.13/hr (minors), $19.00/hr (adults) Concession Staff: $17.13/hr (minors), $19.00/hr (adults) Greeter/Receipt Checkers: $17.13/hr (minors), $19.00/hr (adults) Sanitation Staff: $17.13/hr (minors), $20.00/hr (adults)
