Seasonal PT Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing accurate sizing advice and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
- Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (when required).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate around the sales floor, dress rooms, cash registers, and offices, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately. They must also be able to work flexible hours to meet the business’s needs.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel, maneuver around various areas of the store, and perform tasks requiring physical effort and flexibility.
Skills
Customer service skills, ability to understand and meet KPIs, teamwork, and adaptability to flexible schedules.
