About the role

As Seasonal Project Help in our Finishing Department, you'll keep our lines running safely, cleanly, and efficiently. This project is expected to last up to 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running correctly and efficiently, with minimal scrap
• Perform required quality checks and maintain product quality
• Follow all BRCGS standards and standard operating procedures
• Keep your line and work area clean and clear of old supplies
• Work safely and follow all PPE requirements
• Work well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Availability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Pay

Compensation $18.00/hr; additional $2.50/hr night shift differential; 8 hours of overtime built into every schedule; bi-weekly pay.

Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3‑4 day schedule:

• A – Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
• B – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
• C – Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)
• D – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)
