Seasonal Process Assistant, Outbound

About the Role

The Amazon operations team is seeking Process Assistants to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders
• Receive and store product
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Unload and load trucks
• Communicate instructions to other associates
• Motivate and keep work areas safe

Requirements

• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Able to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Experience managing teams (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Pay
