About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Seasonal Poolside Massage Therapist who is energized by working outdoors and excited to deliver exceptional massage experiences in a vibrant, resort-style poolside setting. This unique seasonal role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys sunshine, fresh air, and creating moments of relaxation while performing massage and body treatments with the highest level of professionalism and care. Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage for any client that includes any treatments listed on our Poolside Spa menu.
• Pay special attention to the guests/customers’ needs during appointments.
• Demonstrate product and treatment knowledge, including services offered and products used and sold in our Spa.
• Arrive on time to all scheduled appointments and shifts.
• Perform treatments on poolside lounge chairs.
• Recognize repeat guests by name who visit the Spa/Pool.
• Maintain strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.

Requirements

• Massage therapy license for the state of California required.
• High school diploma and one to two years previous massage therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule

This is a seasonal, part-time position with an anticipated end date of October 9. While there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond this date, seasonal team members may be considered for transfer opportunities based on performance and business needs.
