Seasonal Picker/ Packer

About the role

Threads Uniform Agency is a client‑centric producer of uniforms that has outfitted over one million members of the nation’s workforce. We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented, go‑getter to join our production team as an Order Fulfillment Processor for the seasonal year‑end rush.

Responsibilities

• Assemble client orders for shipment
• Ensure orders picked are accurate in size and style, free of damage and visible defects
• Correct and report any mistakes, errors, or damages prior to packing and shipping
• Pack orders in bags or boxes as instructed
• Maintain and replace stock levels in picking bins on a regular basis as needed

Requirements

• Self‑motivated and reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lb at once or lesser amounts frequently
• Able to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED required

Qualifications

Prior experience in a warehouse environment or with digital inventory technology is preferred but not required; a can‑do attitude that embodies the company’s values is essential.

Schedule

Seasonal full‑time position, Monday through Friday, anticipated to run from October through January.
