Seasonal Part-Time Resort Activities Associate

About the role

This position is available at Holiday Inn Club Vacations and is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining service standards, cash control accountabilities, and cleanliness of various resort areas.

Responsibilities

• Actively communicates activities and events to all Owners and Guests
• Ensures the safety and security of other owners and guests while providing excellent customer service
• Prepares light food and cooking as required
• Consistently cleans Activity Center, Arcade, Amenities, including dusting, vacuuming, hosing of decks, picking up trash, sanitizing, window washing, scrubbing tiles, and emptying and re-bagging trash bins
• Uses computer to prepare communications/flyers for the resort
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Proven participation in clubs, sports, volunteerism, or extra-curricular activities is strongly desired
• Servsafe certification (preferred)

Qualifications

• Effectively communicates in English – bilingual is a plus
• Able and willing to swim and participate in water sports and water activities
• Computer knowledge, MS Office Suite
