• A minimum of one year of golf course services experience, or experience in the golf industry
• A solid understanding of the game of golf and golf industry knowledge
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and motivational skills
• Show a commitment to personalized service and stellar attention to detail, and are able to coach and guide other team members on these skills
• Enjoy striking up conversations and meeting new people
• A valid driver's license
• A flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
• Love to have fun while you’re at work!

What you’ll do...

• Provide excellent customer service to all Tetherow members and guests to ensure an extraordinary golf experience
• Clean, stage, and maintain the golf transportation fleet
• Set up and break down the golf course range and practice areas
• Assist members and guests with their golf bags
• Represent yourself and the resort in a professional manner at all times
