Seasonal Part and Full-Time Guest Service Representative

About the role

Join the J-Team as a Temporary Seasonal Guest Service Representative at the Enchanted Village at Jordan's Furniture in Avon. This free family experience includes the 4D Ride at MOM, Laser LITE show, and the TUBE, drawing families from miles around. It's a perfect opportunity to earn extra money this holiday season while having fun.

Starting pay is $16.75.

Schedule

We have a variety of shifts available, including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends. Must be available to start at the end of October.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and ushering them to and from the Enchanted Village
• Assisting guests at MOM, LITE laser show, SKATE, and other attractions, including the newest attraction - The Tube
• Handling concessions and cash transactions
• Assisting in the upkeep of the Enchanted Village to meet Jordan's high standards of presentation
• Performing all functions of the Guest Services position

Requirements

• Positive, upbeat demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Some experience dealing with the public and/or cash handling preferred
• Must be 16 or older
• Must be able to handle cash/credit card transactions
• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 consecutive hours
